Q. Do you
offer other delivery options such as Door to Door?
A. Yes, the cost is $675*. With this option, your new vom AMARIS puppy
will
be
hand delivered between 8 and 9 weeks old, right to your home.
Our air-conditioned van and professional transport driver ensures your
puppy will arrive safe, sound and in top condition. We
transport
24hrs
a day to ensure timely delivery and the puppies are
never left unattended. All pups are given distilled water only, to
ensure no contaminates are passed to your puppy via tap water through
different counties.
Q. Puppies
have special needs, how do you accommodate them?
A. The driver always cleanses their
hands
between handling animals. No more than one puppy is in the exercise pen
at a time. The pen is sterilized between uses. As with all animals in
our care, we observe puppies closely for any potential problems.
Q. Have you
ever lost a pet or had one get away from you?
A. No. We have stringent policies in
place to
ensure the safety and well being of your pup. We make sure the van
doors are all closed before opening any carrier door, and van doors are
never opened until the attendants are sure all pets are secured in
their carriers.
Q. How long
will it take to transport my puppy?
A. Our average transport time is 1- 3
days
across the coast. Transport times vary depending on weather and traffic
conditions.
Q. Do
you think it is better for pets to be transported by ground when it
takes less time to fly them?
A. The length of transport is only a
small
fraction of what to take into consideration when transporting animals.
Our attended ground transportation gives your puppy the best possible
care during relocation and provides vom Amaris owners with the
assurance that comes with responsible, efficient service. Using ground
transport means your pup is observed during the trip and any problems
that may arise can be dealt with immediately. Your puppy will be
personally hand delivered right to your front door. No trip to the
airport is necessary.
Q. Can I rename a
dog I purchase from you, even if he is a trained adult?
A. Yes! You are most
welcome to rename any dog acquired from us with a name of your own
choosing. We will be happy to use your new name in any training
programs purchased for your puppy prior to placement so he will
know his name before he goes home.
Q. Do you
offer discounts?
A. Yes, we offer a $150.00
discount for repeat customers, 5% multiple dog purchase, a 5%
discount for Active Duty/Retired Military/Law Enforcement/Firefighters,
in addition to a $300.00 discount to Veterans for a dog purchased on
Veteran's Day or Memorial Day.
